訂購與付款 / Ordering & Payment
提供哪些付款方式?/ What payment methods do you accept?
我們接受信用卡(Visa / Master / JCB)、ATM 轉帳、超商代碼、貨到付款(限部分商品與運送方式)。所有交易透過綠界 ECPay 加密處理,安全有保障。
We accept credit cards (Visa / Master / JCB), ATM transfer, convenience store payment, and cash on delivery (limited items and shipping methods). All transactions are encrypted via ECPay.
可以開立發票嗎?/ Can I get an invoice?
結帳時可選擇發票類型:個人電子發票(會 email 給你)、捐贈發票、公司用統編三聯式發票。
At checkout you can choose: personal e-invoice (emailed), donation invoice, or company invoice with tax ID.
預購商品何時付款?/ When do I pay for pre-order items?
預購商品需於下單時全額付款,到貨後立即出貨。如需取消,請於到貨前 7 日聯繫客服辦理退款。
Pre-order items require full payment at checkout. They ship as soon as they arrive. To cancel, contact customer service at least 7 days before arrival.
運送與物流 / Shipping
運費怎麼算?/ How is shipping calculated?
國內運送依您選擇的方式收費,滿一定金額免運。國際運送以順豐 ShipAny 系統實時計算。詳情請見「運送說明」頁面。
Domestic shipping fees vary by method, with free shipping over a certain amount. International shipping is calculated real-time via SF Express. See "Shipping Policy" for details.
多久會出貨?/ How long until shipping?
現貨商品付款確認後 1-2 個工作天出貨。預購商品依預定到貨日為準。
In-stock items ship within 1-2 business days after payment. Pre-order items ship per the announced arrival date.
可以指定送貨時間嗎?/ Can I specify a delivery time?
宅配可備註「上午 / 下午 / 晚上」時段,但以實際派送為準。
Home delivery accepts time slot preference, but actual delivery is determined by the carrier.
退換貨與保固 / Returns & Warranty
商品收到不滿意可以退貨嗎?/ Can I return if I'm not satisfied?
依消費者保護法,商品到貨 7 日內(含假日)可申請鑑賞退貨,商品須完整無使用痕跡並保留全部包裝與配件。安全帽、貼身衣物(內衣、保暖底層)一經拆封不予退換。
Per Taiwan Consumer Protection Law, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused with all original packaging. Helmets and intimate apparel cannot be returned once opened.
商品故障怎麼辦?/ What if my item is defective?
原廠保固期內請提供購買證明(訂單編號)與故障描述照片,我們會協助送修。SHOEI、ARAI 等品牌依原廠保固規範處理。
Within warranty, provide order number and defect photos. We coordinate with brand service centers per manufacturer warranty terms.
怎麼換尺寸?/ How do I exchange sizes?
7 日內可換貨,差價多退少補,運費由買方負擔退回,我方寄出新尺寸免運。
Size exchange available within 7 days. Price difference refunded or charged. Buyer covers return shipping; we cover the new shipment.
預購機制 / Pre-Orders
預購怎麼運作?/ How do pre-orders work?
我們會在「預購情報」blog 發布預購開放訊息,包含預計到貨日、優惠、限量資訊。下單時全額付款,到貨後依下單順序出貨。
We publish pre-order announcements in the "Pre-Orders" blog with arrival date, special offers, and quantity limits. Pay in full at checkout; items ship in order received once stock arrives.
預購會延期嗎?/ Can pre-orders be delayed?
國際物流偶有延誤可能,若有重大延期我們會主動透過 LINE / Email 通知。
International logistics may occasionally cause delays. We will proactively notify via LINE / email if significant delays occur.
會員與帳戶 / Account
需要註冊會員才能購物嗎?/ Do I need an account to shop?
不需要,可直接以訪客結帳。但註冊會員可享:訂單追蹤、回購便利、會員專屬優惠。
No, guest checkout is supported. Members enjoy order tracking, faster repeat purchases, and member-only promotions.
忘記密碼怎麼辦?/ Forgot password?
在登入頁面點選「忘記密碼」,系統會 email 重設連結至註冊信箱。

可以到店試戴試穿嗎?/ Can I try items in store?
當然!門市同仁都是真正的騎士,可協助試戴安全帽、試穿防摔裝備,依你的騎乘需求推薦最適合的款式。建議先電話 / LINE 預約。
Yes! Our staff are riders themselves and help with helmet fitting and gear selection based on your riding style. Calling / LINE-ing ahead recommended.
可以幫我訂沒看到的款式嗎?/ Can you order items not listed?
部分代理品牌可協助詢價代訂,請透過 LINE @motomarket 與我們聯繫,告知品牌、型號、尺寸與顏色。
